TEAM CHECK IN: Pick up team kit @ 8:00 am – 8:45 am
TEAM CAPTAIN MEETING: 8:45 am
FIRST GAME: 9:00 am | PLAYOFFS:  at approx. 3:30 pm

Co-ed 6’s volleyball (min. 2 women on court; max. 10 players per team)
16 years of age or older
Playoffs for top teams
Prizes for division champs!

ENTRY FEES

Recreational ($350): Playing for fun and having a good time with friends.
Intermediate ($350): You regularly play in organized leagues at high level.

EVENT DAY SCHEDULE

8:00 am – 8:45 am Team Check-In
8:00 am – 12:00 pm Donation Collection
8:45 am – 8:55 am HOPE Welcome / Captains Meeting
9:00 am – Start Tournament
9:00 am – 1:30 pm Silent Auction
Lunch Break per Team Schedule
3:30 pm – 5:00 pm – Playoffs TBD – Scheduled after round-robin completion

FAQ’s / INFO ABOUT THIS EVENT

How do I get my game schedule?
Game schedules and details will be emailed to TEAM CAPTAINS week of the tournament.

Where do I sign the mandatory waiver?

All participants must sign the hard-copy waiver included in their Registration Kit, which can be picked up at the registration table on event day.

How do I get to Ashbridges Bay?
Ashbridges Bay is located at 1681 Lakeshore Blvd E. in Toronto.

What is the alcohol policy during the tournament?
Consumption of alcohol is a public park is not permitted.

No outside alcohol is permitted.  We reserve the right to inspect bags and coolers for alcohol.

What food will be available?
Food – available on site. People are welcome to bring food.

Do you accept debit or credit cards?
Yes. We accept credit cards for donations, pledges, and Silent Auction purchases.

Can spectators and kids watch the games?
Yes! And it’s FREE for spectators.  We encourage you to bring the kids and invite friends and family to come and cheer for your team.

Are there washrooms and change rooms?
Washrooms, and outdoor showers are available at Ashbridges Bay.

Are there water stations?
Yes, outside of washrooms.

All donations and purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, as 100% of all net proceeds go directly to charitable causes. Thank you for your support and understanding.
