2026 Charities
5N2 Soup Kitchen Project

We address food insecurity and food waste in Scarborough and the Greater Toronto Area by rescuing surplus food and transforming it into nutritious, culturally appropriate meals. Since 2013, we have grown to provide over 4,500 meals and grocery supports each week. We also operate sustainable hydroponic farms, producing fresh, pesticide-free produce year-round that enhances our meals, reduces environmental impact, and supports the long-term sustainability of our programs. 5N2 nourishes individuals and families with dignity, care, and compassion. Your support helps us meet the growing need for healthy meals.
Why 5N2 matters:
- $5 provides a hot, nutritious meal for someone in need
- $20 feeds a family
- $50+ supports groceries for a family for an entire week
Campfire Circle
Since 1983, Campfire Circle (formerly Camp Ooch & Camp Trillium) has brought joy and healing to children with cancer or serious illness and their families. Through free, play-based programs in hospitals, communities, and medically supported overnight camps across Ontario, we help families rediscover light, laughter, and connection—building resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Your support helps create a world where children thrive and families heal.
Why Campfire Circle matters:
- $150 will help support a community program
- $300 will help support an in-hospital program
- $500 will help support a night at overnight camp
APPLICATIONS for the 2027/2028 funding cycle: Due November 11, 2026
