How do I get my game schedule?
Game schedules and details will be emailed to TEAM CAPTAINS roughly one week prior to the tournament.

8:30 am – 10:00 am Team Check-In
8:30 am – 12:00 pm Pledge Collection
9:45 am – 9:55 am HOPE Welcome / Captains Meeting
10:00 am – Start Tournament
10:00 am – 2:00 pm Silent Auction
11:00 am – Bar Open
12:30 pm – 1:15 pm Lunch Break
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Playoffs TBD – Scheduled after round-robin completion

Where do I sign the mandatory waiver?
All participants must sign the online waiver BEFORE June 19th, 2024 by 5 pm. Using the online registration system, your team captain must “invite” you to join the team. You will then receive an email notification with a link to the registration and your Confirmation Number. Follow the instructions online and complete the waiver.

Any players joining a team AFTER June 19th, 2024 must sign a hard copy of the waiver, which will be available at the registration table on the event day.

How do I get to Polson Pier?
Polson Pier is located at 176 Cherry Street in Toronto.


What is the alcohol policy during the tournament?
Polson Pier runs a bar and will serve a selection of alcohol available for purchase. Alcohol can only be consumed within the licensed beer garden area. No outside alcohol, please.  Please drink responsibly.

What food will be available?
Food – available on site

Do you accept debit or credit cards?
Yes. We are CASHLESS with exception of donations and pledges. You may use your debit and credit card for the Bar, Food, Silent Auction and Donations.

Can spectators and kids watch the games?
Yes! And it’s FREE for spectators.  We encourage you to bring the kids and invite friends and family to come and cheer for your team.

Are there washrooms and change rooms?
Washrooms, showers, and change rooms are available at Polson Pier.
